PDG Building Consultants is a boutique permit expediting firm serving New York City. We focus on a small number of engagements at a time so every client receives the attention their project deserves.
Our founder, Zev Heisler, has been expediting permits in NYC since 2004. He leads the consulting team and is involved in every engagement we take on.
The goal of PDG is simple and unchanging: provide personal attention and deliver on-time results. That standard shapes how we communicate, how we file, and how we follow projects through to approval.
