PDG Building Consultants is a boutique permit expediting firm serving New York City. We focus on a small number of engagements at a time so every client receives the attention their project deserves.
Our founder, Zev Heisler, began his career under the mentorship of Nat Silverman, one of the most respected names in New York City permit expediting. That training gave Zev a standard for how the work should be done: thorough preparation, direct communication with agency staff, and accountability at every step of the filing.
Zev has been expediting permits in NYC since 2004. He leads the consulting team and is personally involved in every engagement PDG takes on. The approach he learned from Nat remains the foundation of how the firm operates today.
The goal of PDG is simple and unchanging: provide personal attention and deliver on-time results. That standard shapes how we communicate, how we file, and how we follow projects through to approval.
